InkOnline Returns Policy
Provided that the products are unopened, and remain in brand new condition, you can send anything back to us for a full refund for up to 14 days after your original purchase date.
You will need to pay for postage if your items are non-faulty, in order to keep costs of our products and website down.
All items for return and full refund must arrive within 14 days of your original purchase date or have at least contacted us to negotiate an extension or agreement to further this date.
If you would like to return any products beyond the 14 days since original purchase date, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you.
You’ve ordered the wrong items
Our printer cartridge compatibility information is accurate. However, if you find there is an incompatibility of the product on our website which has caused you to order the wrong products, we will happily accept them for a full replacement or refund, even if you have opened the packaging.
If you’ve ordered the wrong items for another reason (and have opened the packaging), we may still be able to help. Please contact us to discuss!
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at 0161 478 9871 or contact us at email@example.com, if outside office hours.
When returning items back to us
In order to return a product, please fill in our returns form, which will provide us with the necessary information and also give you a returns number.
Please include the customer returns number which has been provided to you and/or the original customer order number or your order, in order for us to complete the order returns process.
Failure to provide the customer returns number may result in your order being overlooked and recycled.
Once your item(s) have been returned. Your money will be processed and refunded within 7 working days.
